The Case of the Missing Fork

I’ve spent a good bit of time tracking down lost forks we provide to students during lunch. I’ve had some success (a few in trash cans, a couple hiding in different drawers), but not enough, considering we’ve lost close to 100 forks this year alone!

The other day I found a strange looking fork in my dishwasher at home. My daughter had packed up her lunchbox at school, accidentally dropping a school fork inside and took it home.

I have spoken to others who have accidentally done the same thing. If you find a fork at home that doesn’t match your others, that might be why. Please send it back to school. Imagine spaghetti Bolognese day and not enough forks! I can buy more, but I’d rather save the money.
